The processing of metals and accessories for the manufacture of frames (bases, inserts, mechanisms) is carried out within our factory with close contact between the client and the technical department which follows the development of the prototypes. Furia Cuscini‘s decision to handle the production of the frame of chairs, arm-chairs, sofas, beds in house has proved to be far-sighted and is highly appreciated by the Clients who can thus satisfy the project requirements for optimising times and, consequently, saving money. The departments, divided into areas with a “forwardflow” arrangement, guarantee efficient identification and traceability of metal components throughout all the production phases and in the final check. The assembly, fitting and covering departments which then follow can count on an “in-house” supplier who can optimise times for the production of the finished item and reduce waiting times to a minimum.
